All orders are processed within 3 - 7 business days with the exceptions of orders placed on the weekends and holidays.
Currently, Botanical Essentials can only be shipped within Canada and the United States. However, we will provide notification of when we are accepting international orders. Upon the above mentioned international shipping rates and processing will apply.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking information.
Please be advised due to COVID-19, all mail carriers are experiencing delays, and this may affect tracking and arrival times. We are doing all we can to make sure your packages arrive in a timely manner.
Botanical Essentials is not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door., with concierge or neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, Botanical Essentials does not accept returns on items unless they are received damaged. If your items are defective (i.e. cracked, broken, leaking, etc..) please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will process your replacement immediately and with no shipping charge. If you are curious about our products we do offer sample and 1 oz sizes so that our consumers can try them before indulging in our Full and Half size products.
